Shipping Method & Fees

Shipping services we use are Express Mail Service (EMS) by Japan Post.

Our shipping fees are based on Japan Post's price list, which varies by weight and delivery destination. The fees are converted from Japanese yen to US dollars and include a small handling fee, so they may be slightly higher than the rates published by Japan Post.

The shipping fee is automatically calculated when the parcel is not heavier than 10 kg, before you place an order on this site.

For parcels that are heavier than 10 kg, we will update the shipping fee in the same way, based on Japan Post's price list.

If the parcel is not delivered to a delivery destination and returned to us, the shipping fee you paid cannot be refunded.

 

International Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We ship to many countries worldwide. Please note the following regarding international orders:

Prices displayed on this website do not include any import duties, taxes (including VAT/GST), or customs clearance fees that may be charged by your country's customs authority upon arrival of your order. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected by us at the time of purchase.

The amount of these charges varies by country and is determined by your local customs office; we are unable to estimate this amount in advance. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before placing your order.

Orders may also be subject to delays during customs clearance, which are outside of our control.

By placing an order for international delivery, you acknowledge and agree to be responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees that may apply.
