Shipping policy

Shipping services we use are (1) Express Mail Service (EMS)  (2) Economy Air (SAL) by Japan Post.

Our shipping fees are set according to the price list of Japan Post, which varies based on weights and delivery destinations.

The shipping fee is automatically calculated when the parcel is not heavier than 5 kg, before you place an order on this site. 

For parcels that are heavier than 5 kg, we will update the shipping fee according to the price list of Japan Post.  

If the parcel is not delivered to a delivery destination and returned to us, the shopping cost that is paid to Japan Post can not be refunded.
